Meat processing plant ERP — three versions, one partner
We implemented the meat processing plant's ERP on Odoo 10 and migrated it to 15 and 19. Livestock intake, production yield, costing, inventory, sales and accounting in one system; an AI assistant that fills orders from speech, a management dashboard, the brand website and online shop.
A team that is hands-on in every project
A financial management graduate who has worked on ERP implementations since 2019. She studies how a company actually works, designs the right system solution and leads implementation, training and consulting, and has managed a team of 30. At BTFC she is responsible for client meetings, project management, process improvement and financial analysis.
